Knoxville Leadership Foundation

The Knoxville Leadership Foundation serves the Knoxville area by "connecting communities of resource with communities of need" while reconciling people to Jesus Christ and to each other. One way they do this is by helping non-profit community organizations be the most effective they can be. Their Center for Communities Program touched the lives of 13,000 individuals through the organizations it assisted last year. Crossroads Ministry, Inc. has recently been accepted into the 18 month capacity-building program and will be so much more effective because of their support.
